Cinnamon Butter

Yield: ½ cup


½ cup butter, softened

4 teaspoons packed brown sugar

¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


Combine butter, brown sugar and spices together.  Blend well, using a whisk or an electric mixer.  Use on pancakes, French toast or with hot dinner rolls.  Store remainder in the refrigerator.
