Makes 12 appetizer servings INGREDIENTS 1 prepared 9-inch pie shell ½ cup toasted chopped pecans 6 ounces cream cheese at room temperature 2 eggs 4 ounces Maytag Blue Cheese ½ cup half and half 1 teaspoon cornstarch ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoon freshly grated black pepper Fresh chives – finely chopped for garnish PREPARATION Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle nuts in the bottom of the pie shell. In a food processor bowl or blender, combine cream cheese, eggs, blue cheese, half and half, cornstarch and seasonings until smooth. Pour into crust and bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is fairly firm. Cool and chill 2 hours, then cut into 12 wedges and arrange on a platter. Garnish with chopped chives.
